DukanPro ("we", "us") is a point-of-sale and inventory app for small shops, with a companion web portal at dukanpro.app. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the DukanPro mobile app or portal, why we collect it, who processes it for us, and the choices you have.

We do not collect your location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or browsing history. The app shows no ads and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Your shop's records are stored on our servers (hosted by Supabase) and — because DukanPro works offline — a copy of recent records is kept on the phone itself. You can remove the on-device copy at any time from Data on this phone → Delete data on this phone, or by uninstalling the app. Data in transit is encrypted (TLS). Each shop's data is isolated from every other shop's by row-level security.
Each provider processes data only to provide its service to us.
Shop staff may record the names, phone numbers and balances of the shop's own customers and suppliers. That information belongs to the shop and is used only to keep the shop's books — it is never used by us for marketing and never shared outside the shop's account. If you believe a shop holds your details in DukanPro and you want them corrected or removed, contact the shop, or contact us and we will help.
We keep your data while your account or shop is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time — see dukanpro.app/delete-account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days; residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on the backup rotation schedule (up to 35 additional days).
DukanPro is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be announced in the app or by message to account holders.
